菓子博の目玉はなんと言っても全国の菓子職人がその腕前を披露する「工芸菓子展示」にあると思います。 和菓子、洋菓子、そしてチョコレートの職人が制作した像や模型を展示していたのですが、 あまりにも精巧なのでお菓子に見えないくらいです。

最初のライオンは見事なチョコレート菓子です。この大きさの作品を仕上げる技術もすごいのですが これを展示期間中に解けたり壊れたりしないように維持する環境保持の技術もなかなかすごいのでは…？と思いました。

「ALWAYS」と題されたかつての神戸の町並みを再現した作品。 ビスケットなどの焼き菓子で作ったのかと思いきや、開設を読むとゼラチン菓子で作られているとのこと。 ウッソだろ……?
